Credit Crisis is changing the way people think!
A Little History
A few years ago when the real estate market was still going strong everyone wanted to buy a home. They didn’t want to buy it in a couple of years; they wanted to buy it now! Yesterday if that were possible! Time was money; if you didn’t buy a house you were not going to make a profit out of this booming market.
That’s why our Credit Repair Company receives many calls every day from people that want to use our credit repair services to help them buy a home. Often times they had really low credit scores somewhere between 400 and 600 points. When I asked them when they were planning to buy a home, the answer was either next month or at least in the next 3 months. I then had to explain to them that our experiences shows that it has takes more than 3 months to get from a 400 Credit Score to a 700.
Credit Crisis Changed Everything
The economy went down and with that Americans became more patient. Many of our customers still use our Credit Repair Services to improve their credit scores, especially so that they can buy their home. In the past they had very limited time (couple of months) to get good credit and their home, but now they are taking more time for it. They want to buy a home in 1 to 3 years from now, even though Credit Repair takes far less time for the majority of our clients. They are taking the time now to think about their investments and to plan further in to the future.
I think that is a good development and I hope that we will remain patient when the economy is going strong again. This may lengthen the time to the next recession.

Yes, it’s true. The current credit crisis is causing many people to have a mental break down. All I’ve got to say is..Whoopie! It’s a long time coming. For far to long many people have been living in their own version of a ‘reality show’. Of course I would never wish anyone to have a mental break down. The type of mental break down I’m speaking of is a complete change in mental attitude. We, as a society, are going to have to assume a greater responsible role in our financial future
